Happiness helps Manifest Good things in Life!

How can we feel Happier and Manifest a Greater life?

Happiness is a state of mind made by choice!

If you want to be happy:
1.  You have to choose to be happy.
2.  Be grateful.
3.  Don’t take anything for granted.
4.  Recall the moments that brought you joy in your life. 
5.  Repeat bringing up those joyful memories.
6.  Enjoy various activities to amplify your happiness.

Here are some activities to boost your happiness:

Dancing/Exercise

Sports

Take a Walk / Go Hiking

Laughing with friends

Theater/Entertainment

Socializing with fun people

Ask yourself "What do I enjoy doing in my life each day that makes me feel happy?".    Think about some of the ideas that are mentioned above and imagine yourself being involved with those wonderful happy feelings.  For example, when was the last wedding or party you attended?

When you begin to fantasize about great memories and things you like doing, then the reality starts to manifest in life.  The most important aspect of this concept of thinking about feeling good, helps to release tension and changes a negative situation into a positive one. Actually, solutions start happening in life while relaxing.  

Positive feelings are such an important aspect in being successful in any endeavor in life. Laughter is the very best kind of "medicine" for anyone because it is a state of mind in being the happiest at that moment and changes any negative or harmful situation into an exciting one.  It is the very best way to release sadness or stress.

Two additional important aspects that affect your happiness are Love and Compassion 

Love is the strongest positive emotion we can have as human beings because when we have our hearts filled with warm feelings, then they penetrate the world.  It feels so good to love another person because it comes from the heart.  You also feel abundant and fulfilled. It is a point in your life where you feel cared for by another person: i.e. your spouse, child, brother, sister, mother, friend, father etc.  

When we show compassion to others, we learn to understand humanity and it brings us joy.  Not everyone has perfect days in life.  We all have to do good things for ourselves and others. Do something wonderful for another person to give them a greater feeling of appreciation in life.

These are some of the best ways to uplift our level of happiness!  Let's manifest a beautiful life for you and your family!

Life can be happier when we let go of negative emotion and release tension.
